Missing icons in start menu, Win8.1

Some icons are missing in the start menu on windows 8.1. I'm using an OS SSD and an HDD as a primary partition.
I tried running explorer.exe, but that didn't work.

I unpin and re-pin, but nop.
I'm pretty sure it occurred when I was mucking about with my drives.
I mean, I can right click > file location, and the icon is there.
