I've made this thread before, but somehow I can't find it, sorry to duplicate, I'm not familiar with this new UI. My icons are missing from desktop, and file explorer, deleting iconcache didn't help, and making new User also didn't help, but everything is fine with my other User, the problem only occurs on 1 out of 2 Users I got, and newly made User also have the icons problem, any idea how to fix it? Any help would be really appreciated, thanks.

I cannot find it online tho, but it helped me a lot of times.

The issue in those provided screenshots, it does not seem that the icons are missing, they are not showed up tho. Usually when they are missing you have whole highlight over the icons and text of the name from the application.

The link way doesn't work, and I tried to follow the video, but I didn't see any Shell Icon folder in regedit.
