Missing Manequins -

I use the mod "a good place to stay" house mod in Balmora. I recently added
another mod that put a house in the very same place. Luckily I backed up my
save game so I was able to uninstall the mod and go back to the way things
were except one thing. All my armor mannequins in the armor room are now
invisible except for the head. I can still load them with armor and it then
shows up but for the empty ones it looks strange.

Does anyone know how I can get the mannequins to reappear?

what has happened is that you have loaded a fresh
instance
of the mannequin on top of the loaded one. It is easy
to see,
as the naked limps are showing through the armor
parts,
and that the mannequin sometimes has an extra pair of
arms.,

In your case you have loaded a fresh instance of the
empty
room, which somehow leaves the heads untouched.
Unload the armor and remove the mannequins. If it is
a
superplaced copy, nothing will apparently
happen
(but the copy will be gone, leaving the original
mannequin
visible. Remove this too, and then install a new
mannequin
This is my cure in the case above too.

I use the same mod. The only incompatibility case is
the
Balmora Keep-mod (the ingredient sorting mechanism)
I do not use the wooden mannequins. I use the Dwemer
Cyborg mod instead. These can be ordered to stay
put, and will then be used as mannequins, or they can
be used as 'pack-horses' and companions if I need
it
