missing media drivers

I have bin having problems with my computer not loading so I wiped the hard drive and now reinstalling a new os I downloaded and this message keeps comeing up that my media drives are missing I have looked everware for media drives for my cd rom and cant find them . I have a gigabyte fxa990 ub5 motherboard can some one help or do I have to do a recovery of the hard drive I just wiped

What OS?

Did the OS install or is this happening during install?

What installation media? USB or CD/DVD?

If USB make sure to use a USB2.0 port.
