Hi, I just finished building my own pc. I have an AMD FX(tm)- 6300 6-core CPU, MSI 970A-G43 motherboard, Sapphire Radeon HD 7850, 8 GB Ripjaws RAM, 2 Samsung 240 GB SSDs, and a 1 TB WD HDD. I installed Windows 7 pro onto one of the SSD that will specifically have my OS on it. The other SSD will be used to store video editing software and 1-2 games, and the HDD will serve as my misc.

My question is why doesn't my other SSD and my HDD appear when I got to "My Computer". Everything is new, and was purchased no more than 2 weeks ago.

I asked an aquaintance of mine and he told me to check this out. http://www.dtidata.com/resourcecenter/2012/01/24/troubleshooting-basic-hard-drive-problems-does-not-show-up-in-my-computer/

I did as instructed on the site, and I do see my other SSD and my HDD. I can also see them when I go to my bios.
I need help getting them to work so that I can install the programs in to their proper spaces without them without affecting my OS specific SSD.

Thanks in advance,
Rafael.

Solution
under windows disk tools that the link you posted sent you. you should see three drives. your main os drive will have a system partion on it. the other drives you should just have to click on them and make there partion active and give them a drive letter. if not windows will format the drives for you and they should then show up under my computer.
