missing memory usage problem

Hi, i have 2*4 totally 8 gb drr3 ram

1600 mhz and 1333 mhz different

win 7 64 bit, i see 8 gb total but it says 3.75 gb usable, what can i do for this situation?

i tried run-msconfig thing no can do

It doesn't matter, what you see in bios! One of the sticks is dead or not properly seated. Try one stick at a time to sort that out.

i see 8 gb ram on windows, i m also playing pc games which needs 8 gb ram without any problem.

rams are working fine individually at full capacity

i changed m.board 6 months ago. i had the same problem on my previous board.
