missing NTLDR restart

I am running xp and wanted to upgrade to vista so I download iso from trusted source made a usb boot disk and all i get is NTLDR hit any key to restart please help

And was the trusted source a legit site?

Did you boot from the flash drive? And what did you use to extract the ISO to it?
