Missing options when I right click??

Earlier I downloaded a zip file, which i have winzip installed to open so as usual I Right Clicked it and theres usually an option to extract here and all that, that option is missing. I have already went into the winzip program options and made sure it the shell integration was checkmarked. Also the Open With option is missing. Anyone have any clue as to why or how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

Are you certain that the downloaded file has a .zip extension and nothing after that? Make sure that in folder options "Hide known extensions" or whatever it's called is disabled, so that you can see the real extension.

Thanks anbello262 your answer made me double check the extension and it was different! Guess I was freaking out for nothing lol.
