Launching start-up of my Dell Vista home premium Program Keeps saying that the "LAUNH.EXE." Program is corrupt or missing

Clear the start menu. Click Start>Run then type in msconfig and enter. Click on the start up tab and uncheck all and reboot.

Download, install and run Ccleaner.
