missing or corrupted driver

How do I get a sbp2port.sys driver into my laptop when it won't load the operating system?

That driver is built in to Windows. Why is your Windows not starting ?

Good question. I am trying to repair my grandsons laptop. I have tried a Windows 7 disk, a Windows Vista disk, a Windows XP disk, all to no avail. They all come back with the same missing driver error.
