Missing partition

Hello,
i am ephraim.i have a 500GB which i partition into three.i clean install windows 7 on my drive c after a successful installation my drive d show up in my computer but my drive e did not show there.i can access it in computer management console.what do i do to make it visible in my computer window.

does E show as unallocated?

if so just right click on it and format it to create the partition
