Missing pins on CPU

I found a I7 7700K cpu with missing pins or what ever you call it, can it be fixed??

The 7700k does not have pins, the motherboard socket has the pins.

sorry i am not much of a computer guy. just going with the flow anyways i have attached a picture of it, do you think it is possible to make it work???

Im assuming youre talking about the few spots on the bottom that look kinda, worn off? Is the best way to describe it.

I see no harm in trying it out and seeing if it works, but you would have to buy a motherboard to do so. If you found this/bought it cheap I probably wouldnt waste my time.
