Missing pixel groups on dark backround

I have a Dell laptop with an fhd IPS screen. When the background is very dark or black, white dots and a white line appears. It looks like an internal damage because there is no visible mark on the surface.
Are these just dead pixels or some hardware issue?
Anyone experienced similar?

Perhaps damaged physically. Are they visible whilst booting, or only when looking at dark images?

Also visible while booting. How can it damage internally. There is literally no sign of any external damage or shock
