Hello.

I was using a Windows7 Ultimate 32bit with the following specs:

Processor: AMD FX6300
Memory: 4GB (One stick)
MOBO: Asus M5A97
GPU: AMD R7 370 2GB GDDR5 [Total was Aroun 3.5GB with shared RAM]

I upgraded to 64bit version with the RAM upgrade of additional two sticks of 2GB. Once all was set up, I rebooted the PC and my GPU Memory was reduced to 1772MB. Somehow, I lost my shared RAM.

Anyone knows the reason why, and how to revert this? Thank you all in advance

Solution
There is a solution, but you have to find the problem first. The shared RAM numbers may be a symptom, but shared RAM is not causing any slowdown.

You made a bunch of changes all at once and you need to figure out which change is causing problems. I would first try removing the two additional sticks of RAM you added to see if that makes any difference. If that doesn't make any difference (assuming you didn't make any other hardware changes), you need to look at software.

I would guess that moving from 32bit to 64 required a complete reinstallation of windows. You need to make sure that you have reinstalled all of your drivers and that they are functioning properly.
You don't need to do anything. Increasing the "shared RAM" will not improve your performance in any way and may hurt it. If your gaming performance has dropped, you may need to reinstall your driver. You should only be considering actual performance, however.

So, I reinstalled my drivers, but still having low framerates. I used to have 50-60 FPS while playing with shared memory, now having around 20-30. Is there literally no solution to this?
