Missing Realtek HD Audio

So I Have Windows 10 And When I Go To Device Manager It Shows I Have Realtek Audio But Not Realtek HD Audio. The Whole Reason I Went There Was Because Realtek HD Audio Manager Wont Open.

Have you tried reinstalling the appropriate Realtek HD audio driver package for your PC or motherboard maker's website?
