Greetings,
I just built a new computer and I noticed that the SM Bus controller driver is missing. When I go to device manager there is a small yellow exclamation mark. I already installed the drivers for for my mobo using the cd that came with it. I tried going on the manufacturer site but I'm not sure what exactly it is that I need to download and install.

I have a ASRock h97m pro4 motherboard.

Thank you!

The SMBus controller driver is part of the motherboard's Chipset driver package, or what ASRock call the INF driver in the drivers list. That's what you need to install: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H97M%20Pro4/?cat=Download

Download it, unzip it, then double-click SetupChipset.exe

For future reference, the chipset driver should always be installed first, followed by the other motherboard drivers.

Thank you! Worked like a charm!
