I recently purchased a used Quadro P6000 which works perfectly.
I’ve noticed there are a few either resistors or capacitors missing around where the GPU chip is.
When I looked again at the original eBay advertisement I can see it also so the eBay seller didn’t rip me off or anything. I should have checked closer.
I’ve stressed tested it with some productivity and gaming benchmarks and all ok.
Do I need to worry as the card works flawlessly?

The saying goes, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. You've stated that it's been stress tested and there's no issue with the GPU. I've cross-referenced the image you've parsed with this;
and from what I can tell, you've got the same exact back side of the GPU, near the GPU die. It looks the same, to mine.

If it works and passes all benchmarks without crashing, I wouldn't worry about it, I've had a Core 2 duo back then that was missing a few capacitors due to how I had it stored, it still worked fine, Of course put it threw its paces with any and every benchmark/stress test you can if its still in the return window just to make sure.
