Missle calculator software

Hi there
I was planning on building a ballistic missile. Got everything put together (without the trajectory)
Anyone knows any software for the ballistic trajectory equation?
-thrust/weight ratio is 1.4.. so it should *WORK*(excluding drag and friction)
-the 0.8 metal combustion chamber wall should work just fine with the pressure

That's kind of a large part of the design.
It's called "rocket science" for a reason.
