mistake when refunding my motherboard. Part accidently sent with the refund

Hi, I recently got a refund on my z97 motherboard but stupidly forgot to take off the NZXT x41 Intel mounting bracket that attaches to the back of the motherboard and now I'm unable to attach my cooler to my motherboard. I have called to try and get my old one but there's nothing amazon can do. Is there any way to get a new one? Thanks

You will have to try to find a store that sells them, or someone who is selling one. I'm sure you will find somewhere that sells them
