So I had a problem installing my OS so I decided to use diskpart and I mistakenly typed clean in my troubleshoot command and my volumes and partitions disappeared. It wasn't clean all, I know my data is still there (450+ GB), i didn't install an OS yet nor did I set a partition, also I tried parition wizard bootable 64bit and I placed it into my USB flash but it wouldn't launch, I have my USB flash as the first priority at launching my PC... Please help, thanks in advance...

You can use a variety of utilities to recover lost partitions, even after reformatting them! For a case like yours I would recommend creating a GParted Live CD, through their website at http://gparted.org/livecd.php and using the built in utilities to recover your lost partitions.

A more advanced tool to use for in depth data recovery would be "testdisk" should you need it in the future.
