There is no high voltage. The flyback xmfr has fried. I replaced the xmfr and the HOT. Still no HV.

No, you're way ahead of me there -- I wouldn't attempt to repair a CRT . Is this really a 14 inch model you're planning to fix ?

Yes, I've done repairs to the component-level for some years now. this particular monitor is a friend of mine's. His son uses it for his Atari computer to play the old classic video cames.
