Mix different ram

I already have kingston hyperx fury 8gbx2 1866 10-11-10-30 1.5v(running @1600 9-9-9-24).can i pair gskill ripjaws 4gbx2 1600 9-9-9-24 kit in my setup without any issue?
I7 3770 3.4ghz
CM hyper 212 led turbo
Gigabyte b75m-d3h
Zotac gtx 1060 6gb amp
appriciate any help...

It's always questionable when mixing RAM. Really the only way to know is to try.

You already have 16GB? Unless you are doing something specific that takes a lot of RAM and you're running out you are probably better just keeping the 16GB. Adding RAM isn't going to increase performance unless you specifically need it.

Solution
Also assuming the memory will "play nice" together, the motherboard's memory controller will throttle back the 1866 memory to 1600 speed to match the slower ram. You won't notice any different in those speeds in day to day operations however. I've noticed since DDR3 that the tolerances of using different types of memory together has decreased significantly over DDR2, DDR, and PC-SDRAM.
