Mix matching brand and latency

I know its usually not a good idea to mix match ram but TigerDirect has some ram on sale. I only have 4GB. I have Patriot PG34G1333EL Gamer 2 Desktop Memory Module.
Memory Speed: PC3-10666
Memory CAS Latency: 9-9-9-24

And this is what I want to add. Kingston KHX1333C9D3B1/4G
Memory Speed: PC3-10600
Memory CAS Latency: 9-9-9-27

Do you think because of the speed difference, would you be able to tell the difference in performance. Do you think I would have any problems?
