having a b150m-d3h mobo with i5-7600k
had 8gb of corsair vengence ddr4 2133mhz
added 16gb 24gb of avexir ddr4 2400mhz
in theory the avexir should run at 2133mhz due to the mobo memory support
but it down clocked all to 1866mhz
tried to use xmp but the pc won't turn on afterwards
pls help

Solution
You will not be able to use XMP with this mix of memory. You will have to manually set the memory timings to get this working at 2133. Mixing memory of different rated specs is tough to get working.

If the PC still wont start you need to reset the CMOS. Do this by either using the CMOS jumper(see motherboard manual) or pulling the watch like battery out that sits between the PCIE slots. Make sure to pull the power cord out of from the PC prior to resetting the CMOS. When you do this be prepared to do it a few times as you adjust the voltage, and timings.

Basically you need to follow the same path as you would with overclocking RAM: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/ram-overclocking-guide,4693-3.html
