mixed up buttons

Hello, i have a toshiba sattelite laptop L755...im using windows 7 home premium

i have noticed that the keyboard buttons are sort of mixed up...how can i put them back as they should? e.g " and @,

Type regional settings into the search bar and make sure its set to your location

well if you mean the actual keys are in the wrong place you can just pop them out.
if you mean the key mapping as in where the " key is shows " but types @ then
