mixing a 1GB and 2GB ddr5 gtx 660ti by asus?? will it work?? or not

Yeah it should work, you will just be limited to 1gb of memory on the 2gb card. I would put the 2gb card as the primary card before you SLI though

sli will work yet you will receive either 1gb or 2gbs i think

When you sli or crossfire as a general rule both cards will run at the lowests card memory size.

eg. A 1gb card and a 2gb card will both run at 1 gb each.
