Hello!

I bought an additional 8gb of ram to my pc which is : https://www.kingston.com/datasheets/HX424C15FB2_8.pdf
And I currently own : https://www.kingston.com/datasheets/hx424c15fb_8.pdf
When we look at the stats they are identical exept the ranks.
I have done some research that they might work and they might not then I have question how could I try it I've tried to add them both in at the same time it started the boot loop when I took out my old memory and replace it with new one it still started the boot loop. I sent memory back into the store they tested it on few pc-s and told me it's working fine. What are they ways I could get them working together?
Any help would be awesome!

Pc stats:
i7-5820k
gigabyte x99 ud3
Gtx 980

Memory is guaranteed in the form sold and there are no guarantees for any other combinations that you happen to come up with.

Try:
DDR4-2133 CL14-14-14 @1.2V
DDR4-2133 CL15-15-15 @1.2V-1.35V

I don't think you'll be able to run slower than 2133MHz.
Supported memory for i7-5820K : DDR4-1333, DDR4-1600, DDR4-2133

There are no guarantees combining identical modules that are sold as singles will be compatible together when combined in multiples.

My memory runs at 2400 mhz by default.
Maybe there is something to do with some options such as Rank interleaving or Channel interleaving or X.M.P?
I have no experience with this stuff and I can't really afford to buy another set because 1 stick is worth like 100 euros here would be pretty big money loss for me.
I can see alot of people asking about the same thing is there a way I could get them working if I insert another memory it wont even make to bios it starts restart loop.
