Question Mixing and matching 3 ram?

So I bought a 2x16GB White HyperX Fury 3200Mhz RAM, tests it with memtest and found out one of them is fine and the other are faulty, it has thousand of errors, so right now I'm stuck with single stick of 16GB of RAM.
The website I where bought it is a marketplace where I can complaint and get a return so I think I was safe buying a second hand ram, well I was wrong, the seller deleted his account as soon as my item arrived, and the support can't really help me.

TLDR; got swindled, one of two ram is faulty, currently stuck with single stick of RAM.

so I currently have a few plans, but I don't know which one works best for dual channel.

1. Buy another single stick 16GB, (mix and match since I can't find the exact model)
2. Buy another 2x16 set so I have 3 sticks of ram (does this even work?)
3. Sell the current one and buy another 2x16 set

You should bring your RMA requests to the manufacturer (Kingston). Just do that and get your kit replaced for free (aside from shipping costs)
