Question Mixing DDR3 Ram With different Timings/Voltage

I have an older SandyBridge I7-2600K PC with a P8P67 Deluxe motherboard current using 2x4GB Gskill RipjawX Ram(F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL) @ 1600mhz, CL9 1.5V
I am looking to add ram from another brand Silicon Power(SP008GLLTU160N02), 2x8GB @ 1600mhz but the timings are CL11 and the voltage is confusing as it says 1.35v unbuffered but scrolling to the specs it says 1.5v?
Will this be compatible or will I run into issues? From what I understand the mobo will just lower the timings but the voltage i'm not too sure?

ANY mixing of RAM may not work.

The only guarantee of compatibility is if it comes sold as a set.

Your combination may work, it may fail completely, or it may run OK at the lower speed/timings.
