I had 2 single ram sticks of DDR4 ram balistix both bought at different times, but sadly one of them finally had a faulty with it in which now comes to my main question

I was wondering if I am able to match my 8gb DDR4 ram c16 2400 speed (balistix) with a 8gb DDR4 c16 2400 speed (corsair vengeance)

Also wondering if I am going to have any potential problems. Thanks!

issue is that it may work out of the box. I did that many times and it was fine. It may not just because it does not work.
best thing is to try. Make sure you buy locally and tell them the situation. After talking to shop in case of problems they can take that one back and sell you a pair, or just get you different one. Worth paying 5$ more to avoid ending with ram you cannot use.
numbers that seem to be the changes:
same model 90% work
same "manufacturer" 80% work
different ~60% work.
sometimes in works after bios reset or some other magic.
