MIxing Ram Speeds/Brands

Hi, I have this PC
AMD FX-6300
Gigabyte 970A-D3 1.3v
XFX Radeon RX- 480
Kingston Hyperx Blue 4GB (x2) 1600 (CPU-Z says both are 1333 but sticker says 1600 , I could have been cheated when i bought em 4 years ago )
CM 650W white

Recently I bought a pair of ram sticks:

G Skill RipjawsX F3-12800CL9-4GBXL 4GB 1600MHZ
Kingston HyperX KHX1600C10D3/4G 4GB 1600MHZ

Would it be ok to use the 4 sticks together? Also, CPU-Z shows different latency and Im not sure if that is "stable". Should I try to put the new sticks in dual channel or keep the old ones ?

That Kingston RAM needs 1.6 - 1.65v to work at 1600 MHz. so you didn't actually get cheated.
You can try mixing those memories but results are not guaranteed.

I was checking the BIOS and found it is working with 1.5 . what do i do? increase it to 1.65?

No, It is at 1333Mhz

Nothing has changed, cpu-z still shows them as 1333 at 1.5v.

Did it with 1.65v and multiplier 8, CPUZ still showed the same SPDs but memory changed to 800mhz 2000mhz

SPD shows only what RAM is capable of, not momentary value, it will always stay same for given RAM.. Memory tab shows what is at present. 800MHz is actually 1600MHz effective (read and write at same time) because it's DDR (Double Data Rate).

I see, then it doesnt matter what SPD says as long as in the memory tab shows 800mhz. But why I have to modify those values in the bios to get the "real" speed?
