I am using two different ram sticks, one being Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 2400MHz and the other Kingston HyperX Fury 8 GB DDR4 2666MHz
I've been running these two ram sticks together in a dual channel for a couple months so I know it works but can using these 2 cause any errors or blue screens? I've had a blue screen error once which was BAD_POOL_HEADER which apparently is about a ram allocation failure or something, so please let me know if there could be any problems.

Yes mixing RAM can cause stability problems. It’s not the speed difference, even mixing the exact same make and model RAM bought separately and not from a matched kit can encounter issues. Issues can range from the system not booting to stability problems such as blue screens.
