Question Mixing RAM with different speeds?

Hi, I have a 2x8gb kit of TridentZ RGB RAM clocked at 3200mHz. However, it is not overclocked and the motherboard reads it at 2133. Is it possible to put two more 8 GB sticks of TridentZ RGB that are lower speed? (e.g. 3000, 2133, etc) due to the fact that I am not overclocking the RAM? Will it affect performance if I do so? Give it a shot, it's the only way to find out and know whether the two different kits can work together. Goal is to see if they can be stable at default DDR4-2133.
