Ml-1210 feed problems

Samsung ML-1210 paper feed problem here. Unlike others, I don't have a problem with the gravity feed. The paper loads fine.

The issue is with the final paper removal. About 20% of the page will emerge from the printer (with printed product) then the machine will just completely stop, complaining that there is a paper error.

I have to yank the page out.

I had this printer in storage for about 6 months...no problems before, but it started doing this when I fired it back up.

Could be a rubber roller problem, but I'm not convinced because the paper loads fine, it just doesn't complete the cycle.

Depending on temperature extremes it has experienced in storage, rubber components could be suspect. Clean them with a gentle solvent or detergent.

Also try changing the paper weight -- lighter or heavier might do the trick.
