MMC - SD Card question

Slightly OT, I admit, but...

anyone knows if it's possible to use SD memory cards in a device that has an MMC-only slot??

I think it doesn't work since you said it is an MMC only slot. It has to be a SD/MMC slot to work and MMC will probably work in an SD slot.
