Can any on ehelp me figure out a nagging problem. When I Open up control panel it come up and says "unable to load lanquage resources" I ahve did a file check, registory check, and numerous other things to no avail. When I click OK on that very message control panel will open anyway. I know it is serching for something or a fragment of something left has it serching for the rest of it. Help. thanks Bruce

I am running win 98 2nd. The only solution I can figure out is yo format and load and hope this does not shup again. I have asked dozens of people and no body seems to have a clue to the solution or where to start. Bruce
