mobile cannot access wifi

im using a nokia lumia 520.im able to access it over my laptop but im not able to access it via my phone.im suing ADSL DG BG-1000 router and a TPLINK modem..my phone is able to access my friends wifi..can u plzz help me?

You should use WPA2 (AES encryption) which is the current standard. If WPA2 is not available on your router, you should consider getting a new one. To get wireless speeds greater than 54Mbit, you must use WPA2 with AES.
