I'm currently building a lanbox for taking around to my friends' houses during parties. It's really a pain to carry around a huge monitor with a stand and I've been looking for a decent quality smaller size monitor. I saw the M155 which is very interesting but since they stopped selling it the secondhand price went up to 400-600 USD and that's just unreasonable. My only other idea is to remove the screen from a laptop and make it a ghetto style hotwire monitor, but I don't trust myself with modding lol Any suggestions on good, small gaming monitors? I don't care about the contrast or color, just that it isn't too bad of a resolution is all

Just quick examples, and I recommend 1600x900 as the lowest resolution, not 1366x768.

It's not clear what outputs you have, but the "portable" ones appear to need USB3. I'd prefer to have native HDMI or DP if a power cable is possible but I don't know how to easily find those since "portable" seems to just show those powered via USB.

My issue is data transmission. I'm not sure how much latency that adds with USB3.

Ah, thank you! That's exactly what I'm looking for. Is there a name for these types of displays? I might buy this one depending on it's response time
