Hey! The title describes my problem, so on my old pc, I was sharing the internet from my phone with a hotspot by a USB wire(I have iPhone 7). So I've built this new Windows 10 PC a few days ago and since I have been trying to fix this issue. I haven't installed a wifi card yet, might it cause the problem?
edit: I've tried troubleshooting.

Well you need the driver from Apple to actually run the Hotspot per USB. The driver gets installed with iTunes, but it can also be extraced if you open the iTunes setup file with 7Zip or similar. So if you dont want iTunes installed you can only install the needed driver. Just google what its called.
