Cerberus app on Android, yeah it needs root but you can (from a desktop) check GPS location, get last 10 numbers called, last 10 texts, take picture on front or back, record audio and it can be hidden so that only a special number dialed will bring up the interface on the phone. The website shows a map showing the phones location and will also let you lock the phone or set off an alarm on the phone at top volume.
