Mobile Water Cooling Rig?

So I have an idea that someone could make a single loop cutom water cooling machine. The loop would go normal from pump, rad, cpu, gpu, then back to res. Is it possible that I could fit a loop like this into a M-Atx case, I want to have a cool watercooled rig like you see, but i don't want a massive full tower case. Anyone have picutures of a rig like this?

Sure, though some micro-atx case make it easier than others. However, you don't have to stop at micro atx. Some people have set up custom watercooling in the Cooler Master Elite 120 mini-itx case. Here's an example of that I quickly found:

Thats an awsome build, I wanna do somthing like this before i go off to college. Saving the money to get all the nice stuff will be the only hard part
