mobo alcohol soda

I used alcohol to try and get this brownish liquidy stuff off the bottom of a spare mobo. Im guessing its coke that someone had spilled on it and was afraid to tell me. Alcohol left white spots on the bottom. Is the mobo damaged beond repair or could it be salvaged? Im ordering a new one after I post anyways I need a mobo for a HTPC if its salvagable its always nice to have a spare. Any news bad or good would be appreciated.

Have cleaned up some rather bad ones, won't know till you try it

Hey man good to hear from ya! Well I think its gonna be ok I am able to get off the white stuff and the board looks good underneath so it will probably take some elbow grease or a couple run-through's to get it spotless. Im going to go get some distilled water tomorrow to help the process along I feel using another cleaner would be a bad idea, or more alcohol. It mustve been a reaction to whatever that liquidy stuff was.

May have been, when done, make sure you let it air dry for a couple days or so
