Mobo and 2 M.2 compatibility

I am looking at getting a MSI z390pro carbon AC MoBo as well as 2 Samsung 960 Evo 500gb NVMe SSD's with a 2TB seagate barracuda 3.5" for extra storage just wondering whether these are all compatible as I have read that when M.2 's are installed on this some of the SATA ports are disabled?
