Mobo and Cpu for a GTX 1050 mini 2gb

So... I was planning to get a 1030 but I found this 1050 mini because ( I think ) it will last longer so just a budget mobo and cpu for it ( I still don't have the budget though ) so will this be worth in late 2018?
