Guys I need help, i can't decide between the 4790K or 6700K by intel and i dont know what motherboard to take

I'll get the 6700K. The board will depend on your need or on your purpose, do you need SLI/CrossFire , M.2 , etc.... and of course your budget?... so it would be better if you add some details on your question...

Okay what exactly do i want xD whats the difference between SLI/ Crossfire and M.2 and so on and so forth? Im building a gaming Pc so im probably getting a EVGA 970 GTX 3978 version

SLI/Crossfire is linking 2 graphics cards together.
M.2 is a port for a SSD
