Mobo ASUS PRIME B250M-A with cpu g4560

So this is my question ...can i just not used m.2 ssd??because that product so expensive at my place....what happeb if im not use m.2 ssd to kabylake motherboard ASUS PRIME B250M-A lga1151 did that will effect like pc wont boot up??

Why wouldnt the M.2 slots work?? It's got 2 of them
