MOBO audio jacks not working but front panel audio jacks are

Motherboard: Asus Z97-A

My MOBO's audio jacks will not output audio. I have tried plugging both my speakers and headphones in all 3 different audio jacks while cycling through sound output devices. At the same time, my front panel audio jacks work perfectly.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling my MOBO Realtek audio drivers, rebooting, and changing my default sound output devices.

I can't quite pinpoint exactly when this started happening, but I believe it was after Forza Horizon 4 crashed and I rebooted.

Would the easy solution be to just get a discrete sound card?
