Solution
Same price? Really?

Nevertheless, the Z370 is much better as its a premium motherboard meant for overclocking and has more and richer features... Kinda worries me the fact they're the same price...

Even tho you won't be able to overlock either of those CPUs, not reason to get a worse mobo just for the sake of it. Performance wise, they'll be the same in either mobo, but if in the future you'll be able to overlock a new K-series CPU.

So, IMHO, definitely get the Z370

It's not 'problem', it's just it has a very basic sound card, much worse then other motherboards have. One of the reasons it's cheap - many of it's components are lower quality.

so worth to go with it or not ?
i don t need to spand too much money on mobo ..

Of course you should go with it.
They are both the same price while the Z370 has much better features. Perhaps the audio chipset may be equally bad as the H310, but that does not invalidate all the other advantages...

One thing I personally don't like about that D3 motherboard is lack of DualBIOS. Of course that TUF one does not have it either, so no advantage here for any board. It just makes me worried about the quality of that board, but looking at chipset abilities alone, Z370 beats H310 quite heavily.
