[SOLVED] Mobo BIOS Update to run 9th gen CPU

Hi, so I have a MSI Gaming Arctic B360 which i bought a while back and i recently just purchased a i5 9400F. People are telling me that I may need to update my BIOS so that it can support the newer CPU but they don't really explain how to do that. Can someone walk me through the process or link me to a video that may help me update my MSI BIOS. Also, people are saying that I need an 8th gen CPU to update the BIOS, is that true or can I update the BIOS with my 9th gen.
