hello guys I have an ashrock Mobo and one ryzen 5 2400g and in mobos box saying AMD ryzen desktop 2000 ready that's means no need update ?thanks

Theoretically yes. But you can go to the web site for your specific motherboard to check supported CPUs.

Look at the BIOS version number and check on the website, if this version already support the new Ryzen 2xxx.
BIOS update might be needed.
2xxxg and 2xxx (without g) are not the same. BIOS for 2xxxg should be available since a couple of months but the BIOS for 2xxx (without g) might be already available or might be not yet.
